An architecture based on three pillars: Environment (preserving the environment, using non-polluting materials, energy-efficient buildings), Social (pleasant living space for occupants) and Economy (energy-efficient, thanks to good ventilation and insulation, little artificial lighting, as it benefits from enough natural light).
We offer comprehensive consulting and technical support across environmental and sustainable development sectors, specializing in policy and strategy development, environmental and social assessments, proposal development for natural resource management, and project implementation support. Communication with the customer is key to successful project completion: understanding the customer's needs, but also providing expert advice.
An analysis of the site to better adapt the project to its environment, including a geotechnical study, wind and sun direction, and a noise study.
With this analysis data, we obtain a preliminary project that we present to the customer. These plans are less detailed, containing 2D plans and photos to project the customer into the building.
Once the project has been accepted, we prepare construction plans (2D plans, elevations, sections, plumbing, electricity, foundation plans, etc.), which enable us to draw up a total budget for the project.
We then propose a subcontracted construction company to carry out the project under our supervision.
